We strongly recommend that you take the time to read and understand these fully as they will be binding upon you and will govern the contract between us once you have placed your order and it has been accepted by us. Upon acceptance we will send you an email confirmation of your order. However, we cannot guarantee receipt by you of such confirmation email and suggest that you contact us if you have not heard from us within 48 hours of placing your order.
In order to offer a beautiful selection of gifts for your very closest friends and relatives our products are sourced from a variety of individual or specialist suppliers and manufacturers. A number of these are hand made gifts which are made to order if not in stock and can carry lengthier delivery times. Therefore please allow as much notice as possible to avoid disappointment when ordering. We will always do our utmost to ensure you receive complete satisfaction and pleasure from these beautifully presented items.
Privacy & Security
We are committed to protecting the privacy of our customers. It is our intention to operate and only to use the information provided by you in accordance with the provisions of the Data Protection Act 1998.
Personal information (e.g. name, address, telephone number, e-mail address) provided by you will be used solely for the purpose of completing your purchase order as efficiently as possible. This may include (but not limited to) e-mail or telephone communication to keep you informed of progress or other matters surrounding your order.
We might use these details to contact you from time to time with information about our new products or services but only where we have your prior agreement to do so. It is not our policy to send random marketing e-mails to personal e-mail addresses.
We will not disclose any of your personal details to a third party unless authorised by you, or we are required to do so by law.
If you choose to pay us by Credit/Debit Card you will automatically be transferred to the Sage Pay secure server. They will process your card payment transaction in a highly secure environment using 128 bit SSL Verisign Encryption. Sage Pay are an accredited payment service provider and at no stage are your card details notified to us. Upon completion of your payment, you automatically return to our website.
Purchase & Payment Terms
The price of the products will be those quoted on the website, errors & omissions excepted.
Delivery costs are as quoted for single or multiple product purchase orders per single delivery destination. These are payable by you and may be changed by us at our discretion.
All pricing and delivery charges are based on UK, Channel Islands and Isle of Man delivery addresses. Any alternative purchase and dispatch requirements will require our individual and specific agreement which cannot be guaranteed. In such circumstances please contact The Bridal Gift Box to agree terms prior to placing your order.
Any special pricing offers made are intended to be independent and must not be used in conjunction with any other offer.
We take payment at time of order and payment will be debited from your account prior to dispatch of your purchase(s).
We accept most major credit/debit cards being; MasterCard/Visa/Visa Electron/Visa Debit/Maestro on-line or over the telephone. In paying by this method you are confirming that the card being used is yours.
A purchase order is not deemed accepted until we send you our order confirmation e-mail, whether or not this is received by you.
In the unlikely event of our not being able to satisfy your order due to stock unavailability, we will contact you with a view to agreeing an alternative solution.
Please note we cannot guarantee how your requested personalised messages will appear on the products purchased. This will be the responsibility of the specialists involved but best endeavours will be used at all times to accommodate your request.
We reserve the right to decline, edit or request modification to any personalisation if it is felt by us to be offensive, illegal or potentially an illegitimate request.
Please ensure you take time to check the spelling and grammar as we cannot accept any responsibility for keying errors.
Ordering & Delivery
To order an item shown on this website, please enter the quantity you require and click the “Add” button on the product page. When you have finished shopping, click on “Your basket”, (top right) and proceed to the “Checkout”.
Delivery charges are as follows, we recommend UK Special Delivery for all urgent orders and for all orders over the value of £30. Please note all deliveries will require a signature upon arrival.

Please note you may receive more than one parcel from us, as many of our products are handmade to order and/or personalised. These items are dispatched directly from the designers and consequently as a result leave from different locations. This does not affect the postage cost payable by you in any way.
Delivery charges shown in the Checkout page of this website are per order, not per item, provided they relate to one UK delivery address. Additional delivery addresses require separate orders to be made and charges are based on UK recipients.
For products in stock, we would ask you allow up to 7 working days for your order to arrive or if you have selected Royal Mail Special Delivery 3 working days.
In the first instance , please refer to the product description for lead times, however, if it is not specified, please allow up to 10 working days for delivery.
Personalised items will be despatched seperately from any stock held items. This does not affect the postage costs and you will only pay the one shipping fee.

Due to the hand-made nature of some of our products, certain items may take a number of weeks to supply.
Every effort is made to maintain stock levels to keep up with demand but to avoid disappointment it is advisable for you to allow as much time as possible when considering your purchase. We will communicate with you should any item not be in stock and indicate the best estimate for supply and delivery.
Products will be dispatched to the delivery address you provide which we will treat as correct.
Once you receive the products, all risks of loss or damage shall pass to you and become your responsibility. Regardless of delivery and the passing of responsibility for loss or damage or any other provisions contained herein, the ownership of the products shall not pass to you unless we have received full payment for all products (including delivery charge) forming the total purchases made.
Cancellation, Returns & Refunds Policy
All products are individually checked for quality prior to dispatch, with every effort made to ensure that you receive them in perfect condition.
You are at liberty to cancel any purchase order for a full payment refund up until the point of dispatch, at which time the returns policy below will operate. Personalised items are excluded from order cancellation once the process of personalising the item has commenced. Once personalisation has commenced, no product refund can be given through cancellation. Please contact us urgently in those instances to avoid disappointment and unnecessary cost.
If for any reason, however, you are not entirely satisfied with the purchase you have made then please return any item in its original condition to us within 14 days of receipt, with all the original packaging and a copy of your receipt. We will provide a full refund in the form of the original method of payment excluding delivery cost. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the items to us. Unfortunately, this right does not extend to earrings, products specifically made to order and all personalised items.
After 14 days following your receipt of the goods, we will assume completion and acceptance of the items and your automatic right to refund will no longer be available.
If an item received is incorrect, faulty, damaged or in circumstances where personalisation is incorrect due to our error, or an error made by any of our specialists, we shall of course be happy to provide you with a full refund (including cost of delivery) or offer to replace the item at no cost to you. We may require you to return the original item, in which case we will also refund the return postage cost. Please utilise all the original packaging.
We would strongly recommend when returning items to us that you send goods by a delivery method that records both your proof of postage and a signed receipt of delivery as we cannot be responsible, nor can we refund/exchange, in cases of non-receipt by us.
