How do I place an order?
We operate a secure online ordering system 24 hours a day, 7 days a week enabling you to place your order online at any time. To order an item shown on this website, enter the quantity you require and click “Add”. When you have finished shopping, click on “Your Basket”, (top right) and proceed to the “Checkout”.

What is the delivery charge?
Our UK delivery charges are as follows:

Delivery charges shown in the Checkout page of this website are per order, not per item, provided they relate to one UK delivery address. Additional delivery addresses require separate orders to be made and charges are based on UK recipients.
Please note all deliveries require a signature, so please bear this in mind when selecting a suitable delivery address.
How long will delivery take?
Wedding Favours, Place Card Holders & Table Decorations – Delivery Timescale
These items are not held in stock and as a consequence they are despatched directly from our supplier. They are normally despatched within 21 days however, during the busier summer months (April - August) we recommend you allow up to 28 days for delivery. Please order in plenty of time to avoid disappointment.
Personalised & Made to Order Products – Delivery Timescale
Please allow up to 5 weeks for delivery of personalised items, pictures, (whether personalised or not as these are made to order) and certain hand-made jewellery items as these are also made to order. Please refer to the individual products descriptions for more specific information.
Personalised and non-personalised items will be despatched together to the required delivery address, which may cause slight delay to the non-personalised items. In all cases, the latest available product item in stock and/or personalised item will dictate the despatch date. Please feel free to communicate with us at any time to ensure we are aware of your delivery requirements.
All Other Items – Delivery Timescale
We normally despatch orders on the same day or next day after they have been placed, however, we suggest you allow up to 7 working days for your order to be arrive.
Urgent Orders
As you can probably imagine summer is an extremely busy time for us, so here are some top tips to make sure you receive your order in time; the last thing we want is to let you down.
If you require your order urgently, (especially in relation to wedding favours) please contact us prior to placing an order and we will check to see if it is possible to meet your deadline.
Please also add your wedding date (or other important deadline) to the special instruction box at the Checkout. That way we can prioritise your order accordingly. We will always do our utmost to meet your deadline.
Do you deliver overseas?
I am afraid we do not ship overseas. All postage charges quoted on the site are based on UK mainland only.
