HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
We operate a secure online ordering system 24 hours a day, 7 days a week enabling you to place your order online at any time. To order an item shown on this website, enter the quantity you require and click “Add”. When you have finished shopping, click on “Your Basket”, (top right) and proceed to the “Checkout”.

WHAT IS THE DELIVERY CHARGE?
Our UK delivery charges are as follows:
General Postage Cost – Calculated Per Delivery (NB: Excludes Gluttonous Gardener & heavy items - see below)

Delivery charges shown in the Checkout page of this website are per order, not per item, provided they relate to one UK delivery address. Additional delivery addresses require separate orders to be made and charges are based on UK recipients.
Please note all deliveries require a signature, so please bear this in mind when selecting a suitable delivery address.
HOW LONG WILL DELIVERY TAKE?
Items in Stock
Most items, with the exception of any personalised items, are dispatched within 1-3 days, however, you should allow up to 7 days for delivery. If it is urgent, please let us know and we will do our utmost to process your order quickly.
Personalised & Made to Order Products
Please allow up to 28 days for delivery of personalised items or items made to order. Please refer to the individual products descriptions for more specific information.
Personalised and non-personalised items will be despatched together to the required delivery address, which may cause slight delay to the non-personalised items. In all cases, the latest available product item in stock and/or personalised item will dictate the dispatch date. Please feel free to communicate with us at any time to ensure we are aware of your delivery requirements.
Urgent Orders
As you can probably imagine summer is an extremely busy time for us, so here are some top tips to make sure you receive your order in time; the last thing we want is to let you down.
If you require your order urgently, please contact us prior to placing an order and we will check to see if it is possible to meet your deadline.
Please also add your wedding date (or other important deadline) to the special instruction box at the Checkout. That way we can prioritise your order accordingly. We will always do our utmost to meet your deadline.
DO YOU DELIVER OVERSEAS?
I am afraid we do not ship overseas. All postage charges quoted on the site are based on UK mainland only.
